ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Workshop (Virtual)

 

Workshop Outline

This two-day workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the internal audit process and its application to ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems. Emphasis will be placed on audit planning, execution, and follow-up to ensure participants gain a solid understanding of how to perform effective audits. Communication and interpersonal skills are also emphasized and integrated into the workshop.

Workshop Goals

  • High-level review of the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard requirement
  • Review of the ISO 19011 guideline for auditing management systems
  • Learn the concepts and definitions related to quality system audits
  • Understand the objectives and responsibilities related to the audit process
  • Understand the process approach to auditing management systems
  • Discuss document review skills
  • Review audit processes and activities: initiating, preparing, conducting, reporting, and follow-up
  • A brief overview of auditing integrated management systems (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001)
  • The ISO 9001:2015 standard will be used as the main reference for this workshop

Dates:             April 16-17 (Virtual)

Time:               9:00 am to 4:30 pm

Fee:                 $850.00 plus HST, materials will be provided.

Equipment:    Students will need a computer with a working camera in order to participate in online training.

Registration and Cancellation Policy: Workshop fees must be paid at the time of registration to ensure a seat. Cancellation requests received more than 7 calendar days before the start date of the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received within the 7 calendar days before the start date of the workshop are non-refundable. Quality Matters Inc. reserves the right to cancel any workshop.
